THE PYRAMID

Money is not the root of all evil, money is the path to all freedom.

In popular culture, much emphasis is placed on the Illuminati belief that money is not evil. Some view our encouragement of work and wealth as promoting selfishness, overlooking the true meaning of the Pyramid and its underlying messages that motivate our diligence.

According to the Illuminati’s principles, wealth is not simply a means of personal enrichment. Rather, money is a tool that can be used to fulfill each individual’s duty to the advancement of the human species.

The selfish pursuit of money is an empty goal, but the pursuit of the good that money can generate is one of humanity's greatest responsibilities.

The more money a person has, the greater their ability to change the lives of those in need for the better. If you’re poor but kindhearted, and your friend’s house burns down, you’ll still be a good person, but you won’t be able to help them in their greatest need. If the same house burns down, but you’re rich, you can offer your friend a place to stay and a new home, because you have more than enough for yourself and anyone around you who needs it.

Money has no feelings, no voice, no soul: its choice between good and evil is decided by those who use it.

While it’s not wrong to be poor, celebrating poverty is rooted in selfishness. A poor person can save one life, but a rich person can build a hospital and save ten thousand. The poor can do little to help the poor, while the rich can help as many people as possible. The rich have the opportunity to do good, but the poor cannot help anyone but themselves.

Those who have little can still do much. Money is just paper and numbers exchanged for a person’s time and effort. Therefore, those who have no money can devote their time and energy to promoting the progress of humanity: positive actions that have the same value as any charitable donation.

The greater a person’s wealth, the greater their responsibility to their fellow men. As in a pyramid scheme, those with the greatest power can do the greatest good for the greatest number of people below them.
